What to Expect when Ordering from Beauty Care Choices

Step 1 - Placing an order

Whether you order online or over the phone with our customer service team (who are all licensed cosmetologists), you will immediately receive an email order confirmation. It is very important to immediately verify that all information is correct, orders ship out fast. Please check your junk/spam folder if confirmation email is not in your inbox immediately. At the time of placing the order your credit card will be authorized to verify funds availability.

If for any reason all products are unable to ship, you will receive a backordered notification email. You will not be charged for any items that do not ship to you. If those items will not be available within 7 business days, the order will be split into two shipments with no additional charges. You will not be charged additional shipping for any products that are shipped separately.

Step 2 - Shipping your order

When our warehouse ships your order, your credit card will be charged, and you will receive an email with the order processing details.

Step 3 - Tracking your order and delivery - Checking your order status

At 6:00 PM PST you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the shipper's website to see this information. The UPS and USPS websites will provide your detailed tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be available on the shipper's website, this is normal.

Step 4 - Check your products

Please take a moment to check ALL products upon receipt. Damaged/Missing products must be reported immediately upon receipt. You will have 30 days from the shipping date to make a return. Please contact customer service with any issues or for return information.

Step 5 - Product Reviews

We would like to know your opinion. Please take a moment and go to the www.BeautyCareChoices.com page with the products your ordered. Click the "review this product" link and give us your opinion. We will immediately give you a code for 10% off your next order. Please repeat steps 1-5 as often as you like. We appreciate your business. Lost Shipments

Lost packages are very rare. We make every effort to ensure you receive your products by using only UPS and USPS. When your package is shipped, we send you an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment. Click on the tracking link to see the status of your shipment. If you have checked your order status and it is beyond the time you should have received your package:

  • Check with your carrier first to see if the package was left when you were not home.
  • Contact our Customer Service Team by calling (866) 409-7227. We will begin the process of tracking your order from our end and will re-ship your order to you if it was not delivered.

Damaged Shipments

Contact our Customer Service Team by calling (866) 409-7227 the day you receive your package, we will provide you with a return authorization number and will immediately ship a replacement to you. We may also provide postage, so you can return the damaged item to us and we appreciate your efforts in doing this. (Please be aware that mail carriers will pick-up your package from your home or business, so it isn't necessary to make a trip to the post office to send back the item). We will not accept damage claims made more than five days after you receive your items.

Back Orders

When an item you ordered is on manufacturer back order, but we are told the item will be received within 7 business days, we will hold your order and notify you immediately via email. If the product does not come in within that time, we will automatically ship the remainder of your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the products we ship. If the total of your order falls below the minimum needed for free shipping due to a back ordered item not being available, you will still receive the free shipping.
